My name is Victoria Eugenia Ordonez and I am a jewelry artist from Venezuela based in Brooklyn, NY. I have found my approach to metalsmithing to be completely intuitive and personal. My exploration of different metals lead me to work primarily with silver for its noble nature, malleability and fine aesthetics, best suitable for hand fabricated jewellery. In order to accompany and contrast the silver, I use semiprecious stones which play a fundamental part in the evolution and final design of each piece.
All pieces are unique and were made under the supervision of my mentor Billy King at Sterling Quest School in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
